Microsoft Outlook and MS Outlook Express E-mail is the most often used email program for Business dealings as well as personal emails.
How would a business be affected (or you personally) if suddenly all of the outlook express email messages, contacts, addresses and attachments were lost? Imagine the devastation of losing all of the emails and content of the address book! In today’s world of the electronic age and the internet, it is an absolute MUST to make a backup copy of all your emails and Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express settings, rules, and address book entries.
The Backup Email software will protect your business or personal emails and Outlook settings for an easy restore. If you don't have a backup copy of your Outlook email account and you ever lose your emails due to a crash or other glitch that are so common, trust me, you will regret not doing so.
With Backup email, all outlook and outlook express emails, all of your personal settings, rules, address book entries etc. are compacted and stored in a neat little file for future use. You just open Backup Email, click the "restore" button and your Outlook or Outlook Express e-mail program will be restored to just as it was the day that you made the email backup copy.
For Backup Email to work, you need the following:
- An online email account and Windows Operating system. Even if you don't use Outlook or Outlook Express for emails, you can still use Backup Email through MS Outlook.
- Configure a POP3 connector in Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express to allow your computer to log into your email account and retrieve email. A very simple procedure that Outlook will walk you through.
- Your Backup Email software installed and configured on your computer, again, very simple procedure that you will be walked through.
The backups created by Backup Email can also be optionally protected with a password.
Even if you don't use Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express, this backup software is a must. If you use web mail such as Yahoo! Mail or the other free email providers, just open MS Outlook and it will guide you through the process of configuring Outlook to access and retrieve the web mail from your account. Then it is a simple task to backup emails from the Microsoft Outlook program and you can continue to use your web mail instead of Outlook or Outlook Express. Just login with Outlook every 2 weeks or so, retrieve your emails from the web mail account and use Backup Email to make your backup copy......Computers are great but when they crash and you don't have important emails in a backup file, it can be devastating. Grab you free copy today and give it a try...... you will be very glad you did!
